Nearthlab Joins Red Cat Futures Initiative to Help Shape the Future of Defense Autonomy- Partnership strengthens global collaboration in autonomous drone technologiesApril, 22, 2025 - Nearthlab, a drone AI company, has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Red Cat Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RCAT), a drone technology company integrating robotic hardware and software for military, government, and commercial operations U.S. based drone technology company. Through the agreement, Nearthlab became an official member of Red Cat Futures Initiative (RFI) - an independent, industry-wide consortium focused on advancing next-generation uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS) through strategic collaboration.Launched in May 2024, the RFI brings together key players in the robotics and autonomous systems (RAS) to accelerate innovation across AI, swarming, command and control, and payload technologies.
